Abstract

Classroom Action Research(PTK) conductedin this studyforthe materialtemperature,is focusedoncooperative learningmodel. PTKperformed in twocycles. The treatmentcycleby implementingCooperative LearningI, are givenmaterials on thetemperature at whichthe studentsafteritis divided intocooperativegroups, then discuss themattertemperatureandansweringthe questions. Afterthe learning process incooperativegroupsconductedfor theanswer anddeducethe resultsof the discussion.While onthe cycleIIdocooperative learningmodelusingexperimentalmethodsandteachingtoolssuch asworksheets, tools and materialsin the experiment. The resultsof useof cooperative learningmodelwiththe experimental methodatthe temperature ofthe subjecthelps studentsto be moreactiveandcreative. The results showedthat theexhaustivenessof the cycleI amounting to63.88% and thecognitivevalue ofthe average58.47andthe cycleII with83.3%completenessandcognitivevalue ofthe average68.75.
