Abstract

This study was to find out the implementation of a free ambulance program for improving health services at the Bandar Lampung City Health Service (Study at the Bandar Lampung City Health Office). The research method used in this study is Qualitative Research Methods, namely research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects, where researchers are key instruments. The results of the study show that free ambulans programs are basically applied to help and ease the burden of the community in financing health services. In the operation of this program the public will find out about the free ambulance that is already available in the Bandar Lampung City area. But the fact is that not everyone knows this free ambulance program. General knowledge about this free Ambulannce program when people visit the Adipura monument and only people who use free Ambulans who know of the existence of the program. Even so, the free ambulance service is enough for residents who have never used it.
