In elementary school arithmetic, AKM wants to know to what extent students are able to understand and master basic mathematical concepts. However, in practice, there are still many schools that have not been able to implement AKM well due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about effective measurement methods. The method steps (1) Identify the problem. (2) Program design for the planned community service program. (3) Implementation of the program through various activities such as: Training and mentoring for school teachers, development of teaching materials and activities to motivate students. (4) This evaluation determines the extent to which this community service program can increase the introduction of AKM numeracy in elementary schools and students' ability to understand and master basic mathematical concepts. SD Tangwala Skou Yambe ini masih menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dengan rombel ada 6. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu para guru khususnya di SD Tangwala Skou Yambe agar dapat memanfaatkan barang bekas/sederhana&nbsp; untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran pada pelajaran IPA.&nbsp; Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan dengan pendampingan, ceramah, diskusi. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu para peserta dalam hal ini guru telah mampu merancang dan membuat alat peraga dari barang bekas/sederhana sebagai media pembelajaran IPA. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of learning at the school. The method of implementing activities consists of a preparation stage, an implementation stage. One of the innovative and creative learning models to be applied in the learning process is Problem Basic Learning (PBL). The Problem Basic Learning (PBL) learning model invites students to solve problems independently. This service aims to equip and provide experience to teachers at SD Negeri Inpres Koya Tengah, Muara Tami Jayapura District in preparing learning implementation plans by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with Hots-based learning implementation and improving the quality of learning in the school. This service activity was carried out in the form of training for teachers at the school which was attended by 12 teachers. The training method used is mentoring in the form of lectures, questions and answers and discussions. This activity includes: 1) preparation in planning the implementation of training conceptually, operationally and job descriptions, 2) implementation of the presentation of RPP material on the Problem Based Learning model and how to prepare a Hots-based Learning Implementation Plan. 3) Evaluation and discussion include the practice of making lesson plans by participants, collecting practical assignments, assessing the results of the training participants' work, and reflecting on the training material. This activity was carried out together with community groups, namely the PMKRI youth organization or the Catholic Student Association of the Republic of Indonesia, Jayapura Branch, Papua Province. This is implemented through socialization to increase knowledge and understanding of character education. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge and understanding of character education among participants who are members of the PMKRI organization, Jayapura Branch, Papua Province. The socialization activities were carried out one day using presentation, discussion and Focus Group Discussion methods as well as evaluation before and after the activity. By measuring the achievement of objectives from socialization activities. The number of participants involved was 16 people from the target of 20 participants.
