student learning outcomes. 2. To determine the relationship of teacher performance with student learning outcomes. 3. To determine the relationship between students' interest in learning with student learning outcomes. 4. To determine the relationship between supervision akadedmik principal, teacher performance with student learning outcomes. 5. To determine the relationship between the academic supervision of the school principal, and interest in learning with student learning outcomes. 6. To determine the relationship of teacher performance and student interest in student learning outcomes. 7. To determine the relationship between the academic supervision of the principal, teacher performance, and student interest in student learning outcomes. Methods This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection in this
study using the scale. The scale contains statements that are expected to measure the supervision of the principal, teacher performance and Interests Learning students with learning achievement. Processing and
data analysis using SPSS 20 for windows. Results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the supervisory principal, teacher performance and interest in learning with student achievement.
The third role of the independent variables supervise principals, teacher performance and interest in learning effective contribution of 89.6% on student achievement. The remaining 10.4% is explained by other variables that are not addressed in this study. Results of this study indicate that there is a significant
relationship between the supervisory principal, teacher performance and interest in learning with students spending the preatsi. The results showed that the correlation between the academic supervision of the school principal with student achievement is significant because r = 0.807, 0.000 significance level of less than 0.05 (p <0:05). Thus it can be said that there is conformity between theory and research. The results showed that the correlation between student achievement with teacher performance is very significant because r = .805, significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (p <0:05). Thus it can be said that there is conformity between theory and research.
