ALE (ADULT LEARNING AND EDUCATION): PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN MASYARAKAT DALAM KULTUR DIGITAL

Era digital memiliki media yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk menerima informasi dengan lebih cepat. Teknologi digital yang semakin canggih membuat perubahan besar di dunia, dengan munculnya berbagai jenis media digital. Berbagai kalangan telah dimudahkan dalam mengakses informasi dengan berbagai cara, serta dapat menikmati fasilitas teknologi digital secara bebas dan terkendali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan model ALE (Adult Learning and Education) pada satuan pendidikan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan akses digital. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian campuran, yaitu menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pembelajaran Adult learning education (ALE) berbasis digital, dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga belajar, menyediakan latihan dan kuis yang menarik secara digital, melengkapi materi dengan media digital dan melakukan evaluasi dengan aplikasi digital.
