Pentingnya Keterlibatan Orang Tua dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar

Kajian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis deskriptif tentang pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua siswa di sekolah dasar (SD) dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka dengan aktifitas merdeka belajarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan mengamati dan mengalami aktifitas pembelajaran dalam nuansa kurikulum merdeka dan aktifitas merdeka belajar yang dialami siswa sekolah dasar dalam bentuk, aktivitas, karakteristik, dan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi. Implikasi dari keterlibatan orang tua terhadap siswa di jenjang sekolah dasar dalam aktifitas pembelajaran menggunakan kurikulum merdeka adalah meningkatnya prestasi akademik, motivasi belajar jadi maksimal di sekolah maupun di rumah. Kolaborasi peran sekolah dengan orang tua dengan membangun komunikasi positif yang lancar, intens, dan terbuka dengan memanfaatkan media komunikasi yang sangat terjangakau dan mudah menghasilkan iklim belajar yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, peserta didik yang cerdas, kreatif, tangguh serta berkarakter sesui dengan profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pemberlakuan kurikulum merdeka menggantikan kurikulum K-13 menarik untuk dicermati proses pelaksanaannya. Karena masih menimbulkan pro kontra, dan apatis. Banyak sekolah dalam satu zonasi belum seluruhnya memberlakukan kurilukum baru ini. Ada yang masih tetap bertahan dengan kurikulum lama. Dengan demikian fenomena ini penting untuk menjadi sumber informasi tentang bagaimana kurikulum merdeka jika dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar, akan melibatkan tiga komponen penting yakni sekolah, siswa dan orang tua, sehingga akan menghasilkan hal-hal baik, dan hebat dalam perlembangan belajar anak.
