Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Masamba, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 guru. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik prosionated random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument angket, dan data hasil angket dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan statistic deskriptif dan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan rumus korelasi sederhana, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru.
