MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM SEKOLAH PENGGERAK: ANALISIS PERSPEKTIF POAC DI SD NEGERI 109 CAPPAGALUNG KABUPATEN SINJAI

Transformasi pendidikan melalui Program Sekolah Penggerak menuntut manajemen kurikulum yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen kurikulum di SD Negeri 109 Cappagalung melalui perspektif fungsional POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen kurikulum terlaksana secara sistematis dan optimal. Pada tahap Planning, sekolah menyusun KOSP secara partisipatif. Tahap Organizing menerapkan prinsip shared leadership dan team-based management berbasis fase perkembangan siswa. Tahap Actuating diwujudkan melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan integrasi teknologi digital yang masif. Tahap Controlling dilakukan melalui evaluasi rutin berkala dengan pendekatan formatif dan sumatif sebagai basis perbaikan berkelanjutan (feedback loop). Keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini didorong oleh sinergi kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, budaya kolaboratif guru dalam komunitas belajar, serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang terencana. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran praktik terbaik (best practice) tata kelola kurikulum bagi institusi pendidikan dasar dalam ekosistem Sekolah Penggerak
