BUKU AJAR FISIKA BERBASIS METAKOGNISI SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF BAHAN AJAR PADA MATERI DINAMIKA PARTIKEL

Abstract

Metakognisi dalam pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses untuk memahamkan kepada peserta didik tentang mengelola diri dalam belajar. Hal ini menjadi penting dan perlu dituangkan dalam bahan ajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk merancang bahan ajar khususnya buku ajar fisika untuk materi dinamika partikel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan pendekatan 4D. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi, angket penilaian, angket untuk respon peserta didik, serta lembar uji keterlaksanaan. Untuk menilai kualitas buku ajar fisika berbasis metakognisi peneliti menggunakan skala likert dan penilaian respon menggunakan skala guttman. Analisis keterlaksanaan buku ajar dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan buku ajar fisika berbasis metakognisi pada materi ajar dinamika partikel.  Adapun kualitas buku ajar fisika berdasarkan penilaian expert judgment yakni ahli materi sebesar 3.71, ahli media dengan nilai 3.77, dan penilaian oleh guru fisika denagn nilai 3.32. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar ini dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji keterlaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan peserta didik dapat mengasah kemampuan berpikirnya sendiri dengan menggunakan buku ajar fisika berbasis metakognisi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.
