About the Journal

The Papuan Journal of Public Administration (JAPP) is a scientific forum published to support the development of public administration science, especially in the context of Papua and Eastern Indonesia. This journal focuses on the study of public policy, government management, public service, and organizational development in the public sector. Through this journal, we encourage academic contributions that provide solutions to government challenges in the Papua region and its surroundings, as well as provide new insights that are applicable to strengthen responsive and inclusive governance.

Each published article has gone through a peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance. We receive research manuscripts, literature reviews, case studies, and conceptual articles from academics, researchers, and practitioners who have an interest in enriching the perspectives and praxis of public administration in Indonesia, especially those related to the local dynamics of Papua.
