Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Fleksibilitas Tubuh untuk Mahasiswa Olahraga

Abstract

Fleksibilitas merupakan salah satu komonen utama yang penting bagi setiap orang maupun atlet untuk kesehatan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan komponen fleksibilitas masuk dalam komponen kebugaran jasmani, komponen kesehatan dan komponen motorik. Namun, fkleksbilitas sering tidak mendapatkan perhatian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan mahasiswa terkait pembuatan model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas tubuh. Model pembelajaran ini nantinya akan berguna bagi mahasiswa maupun pelatih. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui google form. Teknik analisi data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 72% mahasiswa putri dan 65% mahasiswa putra tidak memahami pentingnya komponen fleksibilitas, 78% mahasiswa purti dan 70% mahasisw putra tidak mengetahui teknik-teknik perengangan, 100% mahasiswa putra dan putri tidak mengetahui teknik perengangan pasif, aktif dan PNF, dan 100% mahasiswa membutuhkan model latihan fleksibilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas perlu adanya pengembangan model pembelajaran fleksibilitas untuk mahasiswa olahraga. Model pembelajaran ini juga dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat umum maupun pelatih.
