Abstract

Technological advances and easy access to information have driven significant changes in people's investment behavior, especially among Generation Z. This generation is known as digital natives who are very familiar with technology, but still face challenges in financial management and choosing the right investment instruments. This study aims to examine the digital investment models that are popular among Generation Z, namely E-gold, stocks, and deposits, as well as the factors that influence their preferences. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, referring to relevant literature and secondary data. The results of the study show that E-gold offers convenience and flexibility, stocks are attractive to those who are oriented towards asset growth, while deposits remain in demand because of their stability and security. Financial literacy and typical characteristics of Gen Z, such as high-tech capabilities and multitasking tendencies, also influence their investment behavior. These findings are expected to be the basis for designing more effective financial education and inclusion strategies for the younger generation.
