Policy And Corruption

Abstract

This study aims to determine to what public the policy to the corruption. This research was a normative research in the form of the research on the legal principles, data were collected throught the library research in the form of the primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, all the data were analysed qualitatively.The research result indicates  that the policy in the strafbaar feit corruption is the policy  in the abuse of power  and float to the surface the loss have the shape state finances  in the strafbaar feit  in intentional.
