Copyright Notice

Authors who publish their articles in Cenderawasih Constitutional Review agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain the copyright of their published articles.
2. Authors grant Cenderawasih Constitutional Review the right of first publication and acknowledge the journal as the original place of publication.
3. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which permits others to use, distribute, reproduce, and adapt the work, provided that the original work and its publication in the journal are properly acknowledged.
4. Authors may enter into separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article, such as depositing it in an institutional repository or storing it in a personal archive, provided that the original publication in Cenderawasih Constitutional Review is properly acknowledged.
5. Authors are permitted and encouraged to share and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms in accordance with the applicable license and with proper acknowledgment of the original publication.
