Open Access Policy

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts comply with all of the following requirements. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before further processing.

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal, or an explanation has been provided in the Comments for the Editor section.
• The manuscript file is submitted in OpenOffice Document, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
• Online-accessible references have been provided with the appropriate URLs.
• The manuscript is formatted with single spacing and uses a 12-point font. Italics are used instead of underlining, except for URLs. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate positions and are not grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
• The manuscript follows the journal's style, formatting requirements, and bibliographic style specified in the Author Guidelines.
